Triangle Services, the Brighton-based multi-disciplinary children’s support organisation, has selected a complete Indico Systems solution to record the work it does around the ABE (Achieving Best Evidence) interviewing of children.
Triangle Services offers a wide range of activities for children including Communications Assistance, Consultation with children, Play and art therapy, Advocacy and Intensive Support and they are considered leading experts in the field of working with children, some of whom have a range of disabilities.
Ruth Marchant, Triangle Services co-Director, is widely published in her field and first saw Indico Systems’ solutions at the iIIRG conference at Teesside University in April 2009. Instantly drawn to the integrity of the approach and the way in which the user interface can be adapted to the specific needs of children, Ruth decided to install an Indico Video and Server solution, in order that interviews can be recorded and shared with third party agencies as appropriate.
Commenting on the relationship with Triangle Services, Simon Jones, Indico Systems UK Sales Director said:
“ Indico Systems prides itself on developing software-based recording solutions for a wide variety of applications. Triangle Services are at the forefront of their field, working with children with a range of communication skills, and Indico Systems is looking forward to further developing our solutions in this important area. The ability to sensitively record the communication with children at Triangle Services premises, and to securely share that with relevant agencies, will have a profound impact on increasing the reach of Triangle Services throughout the UK. Indico Systems is proud to be associated with such an important service provider as Triangle Services.”
